دولت ارمنستان جهت احداث نیروگاه 55 مگاوات  فتوولتائیک خورشیدی Masrik -1 واقع در شهر Mets Masrik   استان Gegharkunik  کشور ارمنستان اقدام به برگزاری مناقصه کرده است. بدین منظور این کشور از تمامی شرکت‌های خصوصی و کنسرسیوم‌ها جهت طراحی ، سرمایه گذاری، ساخت و بهره‌برداری این نیروگاه دعوت به عمل آورده است.

Announcement on Prequalification Process for

Masrik-1 Utility Scale Solar Photovoltaic Power Project in Armenia

Armenia Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund (the Fund) by the request of the Ministry of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources of RA is seeking private developers or consortia to design, finance, build, own, and operate the grid-connected 55 MWp Masrik-1 solar photovoltaic (PV) power plant project (the Project) located in the municipality of Mets Masrik in the Gegharkunik Marz (region) of the Republic of Armenia

The Project will be developed on a Design, Finance, Build, Own, and Operate (DFBOO) basis under one special purpose company (the Project Company) to be 100% owned by the Successful Bidder. The Project Company is to be established and incorporated in the Republic of Armenia specifically for the needs of this Project

The Fund now invites prospective bidders (each, a Prospective Bidder) capable of meeting the qualification criteria set out in this RFQ document to submit sealed prequalification applications in accordance with the requirements of this RFQ document (each, a Prequalification Application). However, to be eligible to participate, Prospective Bidders will be required to register with the Fund and formally purchase this RFQ document for a non-refundable fee of 24,000 Armenian Drams (AMD) for residents and US$50 for non-residents through a wire transfer to the commercial bank account of the Fund presented below

After providing documentary evidence confirming the payment, the Fund will provide the RFQ document to Prospective Bidders by sending it to an email account indicated by each of the Prospective Bidders or uploading to the memory drive to be provided by Prospective Bidders. The RFQ document will be made available in PDF format only

Only bidders designated as prequalified bidders pursuant hereto (Prequalified Bidders) will be eligible to participate in the RFP stage of the selection process to be initiated by the Fund in due course

Prequalification Applications must be packaged, labelled, and submitted in accordance with the requirements of this RFQ by 15:30 Armenia Time, June 16, 2017
